Day 25: AI as a Collaborator 

As we move into the final stretch of the AI in the Classroom Challenge, today’s focus shifts to helping students take ownership of their learning by using AI as a collaborator — not just a tool.
When students collaborate with AI, they move from consuming information to creating and managing knowledge. Through interactive tools like Whimsical, Otter.ai, Padlet, Disco.ai, and 360Learning, students learn how to plan, organize, and execute long-term projects with confidence and clarity.
This isn’t about adding “one more thing.” It’s about transforming traditional group work into a Future Ready Studio experience — where learners brainstorm, build, reflect, and present together while AI acts as the project manager guiding their progress.
By weaving AI into every phase of a project, students develop essential 21st-century skills: creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.
They learn to manage timelines, delegate responsibilities, reflect on feedback, and adjust strategies — skills that mirror what future-ready teams do in the workplace.

​Daily Challenge: Create with AI
​Invite students to use AI as a teammate in transforming ideas into action.
Today’s challenge encourages learners to plan, create, and present their understanding through collaboration — where AI helps organize, refine, and elevate their final product.
Steps:
  1. Plan: Use AI (such as Whimsical or Padlet) to brainstorm and outline your project idea.
  2. Organize: Ask AI to create a timeline or checklist for your group’s tasks and goals.
  3. Create: Work together using a creative tool like HeyGen, Canva, or WeVideo to bring your concept to life.
  4. Share: Upload your finished product to Padlet or your LMS for peer review.
  5. Reflect: Have AI (or the group) summarize the process — what went well, what could improve, and how collaboration made the project stronger.
Extension:
Encourage students to take their project further by starting a “Team Project Journal.”
Each week, they can use AI tools like Otter.ai or Disco.ai to record updates, generate summaries, and track milestones.
By the end of the unit, the journal becomes a living portfolio — proof of how they’ve developed real-world collaboration, communication, and creativity.
